These guys really care! We just started a SWAT team and I’ve been assigned as the team coordinator/operator. I’ve been experimenting with different safety gear and came across TAC 11. I found that the CEO (Justin) is very accessible, trustworthy, and responsive to all of my questions. I genuinely feel that the staff at TAC 11 care about how their product will be put to use by protecting those who proudly wear the uniform. I first purchased their helmet and allowed other operators to try it on; they too are impressed. I soon thereafter purchased the Noontime carrier and their 2.9 lb plates; both are a lightweight combination. Whomever designed this carrier, obviously has real-world experience wearing or experimenting with heavy and unreliable “Airsoft,” Chinese made, or cheap Amazon carriers. TAC 11’s products — even their armor— is manufactured in the USA. You pay for what you get. I’d rather spend the money purchasing a product one time, then to have to buy another product two times. I highly recommend anyone on a SWAT team or a specialized detail to consider TAC 11. All of their products I have purchased out of my own pocket and will be recommending my agency purchase from TAC 11. BTW, I’m shocked TAC 11’s products are not yet available on Galls! Maybe soon!

The TAC 11 ARK Plates I ordered completed surpassed my expectations. I wore SAPI plates in the Marines (2002-2007) and I thought the ceramic plates were the lightest possible. The new ARK plates cut that weight by half!!!!! When I got out I made the huge mistake of buying AR500 Level III plates at 8lbs a piece! That is 16lbs before you add anything else. Combined the ARK plates are a little under 5lbs!!!
The TAC 11 ARK plates also have an ergonomic curve that is way more comfortable!
Do your self a favor, spend the money and get the quality that TAC 11 delivers at a 1/4 of the weight!!! There is nothing comparable!

I’ve been extremely impressed with my Noontime plate carrier from TAC 11. Much better product than the JPC I had used for years as a PJ. The plate technology is incredible. Light and strong, that’s what you want and that’s what you get. It’s not very often you get to add capability AND reduce weight!!! Loyal customer.
